Icy marsh, Glen Spean
One winter evening I noticed this shape formed by water on top of ice which had then refrozen. The small tufts of grass anchor the image to reality, and without them it would be hard to gauge scale. The light in the shadows has an excess of blue, more noticeable on snow, which the film has recorded here.
