Mediterranea, Mull

On the wall inside the restaurant there's a picture of a very elegant young woman reclining on a scooter. It's Francesca, as a girl of 13 on her native isle of Sicily. I asked her to pose outside on the red scooter that advertizes the restaurant, and hold the historical portrait, and despite the rain and bemused tourists passing on buses, she happily agreed.
