January 2008 For a photographer the winter offers many fine photo opportunities. I really enjoy the effect of wild weather. Freezing fog and wind can create lovely effects, such as this ice-encrusted barbed wire fence. The faint tree looming from the fog behind adds a sense of depth to the image. This was taken using a simple 4MP digital camera with a bit of fill-flash on the wire. | |||||||||
